I can drop kick my phone (as I have a habit of doing that to my phones) without even the slightest mark/dent/scratch anywhere. This does add more bulk then most cases, but that's why I bought it. I love this case. Excellent case to fit my 3GS Iphone. I had their similar model for my itouch and had to get this case the moment I purchased my phone based on how much I loved the case for the itouch. I keep it in my pocket of my dress pants at work and yes it pulls a bit on the pockets but not enough for me to even give a second thought.
Initially I was thinking that I would not put it in my pocket much. This product is excellent for protection and placement on car consoles helping it not to move when sudden movement in the car is experienced, which is often of course.
That is what I am going to do next. excellent for keeping it still, however the one drawback would be that it sticks in the pocket making extraction of the pocket liner and other contents inevitable.Great product for general carry from point A to point B.
Again. get an incipio case or the like.
I bought the Speck Pixel Skin 3GS case to protect my new iphone. but have found that the pocket placement in my jacket has become more often than naught.
Want to put it in your pocket.
Overall great case. I also added a clear screen protector. It definately works for what I purchased it for.the cushion. When I got my new phone I looked around for a case that would prevent this from happening again - one that had enough cushion to protect the front glass. I recenty dropped my iPhone on its face and it cracked the screen like a spiderweb. This case is not super sleek, but the fun colors make up for it. Additionally, I don't have any problems using the buttons or inserting accessories into the holes.
Complaints: it adds a considerable amount of bulk, and tends to pull out my hair because it's fairly sticky. I wish the colors were a little more sophisticated, it seems like the only options for iphone cases are black or something that makes you look like a teenager. So I've had this case for six months now. On the other hand, I drop my phone all the time, and this case has done a great job of protecting it from damage.
This product is a joke. The jacket dead-ins the iPhone so the silent mode is not noticeable.
